Get resource context in initialize command if exists

Currently, initialize command only gets InitCommandContext which does not include resource context.

In resource/service initialize method, we need an option to get resource context.

Can you add more details about what's missing?

The InitCommandContext provides you the connectivity details and the resource context details.
