Sandboxes Dashboard: show current Sandbox setup/Teardown phase if Sandbox is in setup/Teardown

Currently, when an admin / user sees a sandbox in "Setup" state in the Sandboxes dashboard, he has no way of knowing what it is currently doing without opening its workspace.

If we were to reflect the current Setup phase (Prepare, Provisioning, Connectivity, Configuration) to that view, it would significantly reduce the need to open the sandbox in order to know what is currently its state.

Thank Leeor for the idea. We can definitely consider adding to this info to the sandbox list view.
