Add ability to configure/run a script invoked on a Blueprint delete or rename.

If a blueprint is created from a snapshot, just deleting the blueprint may result in orphaned VMs, ftp or ? repositories with meta-data for the blueprint left behind, etc.. Idea is to have an optional custom python script invoked that would hand the customer use case for cleaning up more than just the delete of a blueprint, then delete the blueprint last.
