add sandbox context component to any blueprint script

add the "sandbox" component that exists for setup + teardown workflows, without having to use the "add to setup" workflow.

this will allow to use it for any blueprint manual script/command (and later use it in actual setup scripts)

This capability already exists. You can easily access Sandbox object from any blueprint command
