Need a way to add execution servers based on reservations and capacity needs for execution
We have a need to do load balancing and spin up/down execution servers based on loading requirements from future reservations. The use case is setting up user infrastructures based on demand for training and exercise environments and load balancing them and bringing them online and then taking them offline after the need is gone.
