refresh app from template - indicate latest in blueprint and bulk

the "refresh from template" feature that has been introduced recently is useful in updating my blueprints more rapidly.

I would think it would help if I could:

1. update all the app templates at once

2. see on the blueprint app an indication that it is the latest one, so I would know that all my apps have been updated.
