Maruf Yunus suggested an idea (#5286) · Nov 19, 2020 at 09:08 PM · portalblueprintcloudshell portalteardown
Teardown time is when things starts to get de-provisioned. So that is when the end user should consider there time is up. Also it will be nice to have a pop up message before the session starts to teardown wich could be configurable by admins. If the end user think they have till the session end time, then they experience issue with resources as teardown time is before end time (depending on whats the teardown time set at blueprint level). Having this will help our end user to not to be confused as we do get some tickets related to this confusion.

Hi, thank you for posting this idea. Do note that the ticker next to the sandbox status counts down to the sandbox's teardown time, and not the end time. We will consider adding a pop-up message X minutes before the teradown starts. By the way, when reserving you can configure email notifications that will be sent to the sandbox users X minutes before the teardown stars. For more information see this page on our help site.
