Trevor Whitfield suggested an idea (#5391) · May 04, 2021 at 07:36 PM · notificationsexecution server
I would like to receive a notification (maybe via email) if the number of pending jobs reaches a level above a defined limit, or if the Execution server has gone offline.
Or Milshtein commented · Sep 01, 2021 at 12:41 PM
Hey Trevor, seems like 2 different requests. regarding the notifications section, sounds like a nice idea, we will consider this feature in our future releases.
Thanks!

As an alternative, you can leverage existing Cloudshell APIs with a third party monitoring / alerting tool such as Prometheus or Grafana. You can set alert rules in both of these tools with options to notify alerts via email or other methods. The Cloudshell APIs of interest for what you ask are GetQueuedJobs() : https://help.quali.com/Online%20Help/0.0/Quali-API/Quali%20API%20Library.html#Get%20Queued%20Jobs
and the endpoint for ExecutionServers which includes the connection status: https://help.quali.com/Online%20Help/0.0/Quali-API/Quali%20REST%20API.html#Get%20Execution%20Servers
