Regarding Support Ticket 45876: Customer currently has a 1st Gen Static VM Shell, but currently there is no 2nd Gen Static VM Shell. They would like to have a 2nd Gen Static VM Shell that has a Web Console Feature added.
Below is the url for the static vm based on the 1st gen vCenter shell:
