Kimo Saper suggested an idea (#5465) · Aug 25, 2021 at 06:51 PM · blueprintscriptsauthoring
Currently when you go to add a script to a Blueprint (Properties) the entire list of available scripts appears. And yes there is a search box.
The ask is a way to filter by "Type" - If I just removed the default setup script and need to replace it with a custom setup script, I'd like to filter to the type "Setup".
I'm not sure if this best done by a pull down or set of tabs in the dialog box (All, Setup, Teardown, ...)
But being able to just list scripts by the type would be useful.
Current Dialog Box (this only has a few, but imagine having dozens of orchestration scripts you needed to scroll thru to find your custom setup):

Thank you Kimo! it is indeed a great idea.
What is the use case that you have so many scripts?
Can't wait to see the votes!

Given that the Selection window can quickly fill up, it's not a terrible idea. And in dev environment where I'm supporting multiple clients, I have more than a few scripts
