Any way to set the Instructions Panel Width to a percentage instead of pixels?
WS_InstructionsPanelWidth is the keyword but it seems to only accept pixels
No, this key is only for pixel width, there is no other configurable way to achieve that.
Bummer - Can we add this to the feature list? There are some interesting use cases for building an LMS with this feature!

Done - I am also very curious as to the behavior of the instructions panel - it doesn't seem to response the way I would think for things like tables and other embedded web pages. Is there any guidelines available? Ie what is based on, etc. I have looked at the source code (frame) and it seems to add it in properly but it doesn't display properly. Could you and I have a session later this week to explore my use case and how best to make it work?

As for the instruction panel, it really depends on the kind of text/html you're having there and if it conflicts in any way with the portal style.
